Rates

Shipping is a flat $25.00 per order within the contiguous United States. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $1,500.00 or more ship free. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally [PLACEHOLDER — replace with final business info: confirm shipping coverage].

Processing times

Freight and large orders

Pallet-quantity orders ship by LTL freight and may require a liftgate or delivery appointment. Someone must be present to receive and inspect freight deliveries. Contact us before ordering if your jobsite has delivery constraints.

Damaged shipments

Inspect every delivery before signing. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt, keep the damaged material and packaging, and contact us within 5 business days with photos so we can file the carrier claim and get replacement material moving.
